Today I'm sharing a card that I am entering for My Creative Time Throwback Thursday challenge (Use either the Wild Card or Just Because Cartridge).
I used the popular scalloped base from Wild Card! :) and "merci" is from the oldie, but goodie cartridge: Beyond Birthdays.
