tree-mendous wishes for a sparkling holiday season

Hi everyone! Over at Joy's Life design team blog you will be seeing cards all week long! Also, in case you missed the Tags & Bags blog hop you can still hop along HERE. 

I know Thanksgiving is just around the corner, but so is Christmas! I'm trying to not fall behind on my cards this year so I've been getting a head start. 

For my card I used the brand new stamp set Oh, Christmas Puns. I just love it! 

This cute little tree is from the Winter Frolic cartridge.

Here's a close up of the tree. :-) I used Crystal stickles to create the glitter border. 

 I used Tim Holtz Walnut Distress Ink to ink around the edges. 

 I'm not sure if you can see, but I used foam tape to give the mats some dimension.
