Dr. Who inspired card ♥

I am soo in love with this Dr. Who inspired card that I made for a friend of mine.

The cute girl is from the Once Upon a Princess cartridge.
The handsome fellow is from the Simply Charmed cartridge
The girls face is from Peachy Keen's Princess Face Assortment
The guy's face is from Peachy Keen's Boy Mates Assortment
His mustache is from Peachy Keen's RETIRED Accessories One Assortment

I used the Silhouette Cameo to create the Tardis. When I made this card, the tardis was not available in the Silhouette Online Store, but I think I saw it recently so if you're interested in using it - it will save you a lot of time!

I had to stamp each letter at a time, but it was worth it ♥
I used My Creative Time's Just Simply Live stamp set

The hearts are from the Baby Steps cartridge. It sounds silly, but those are my favorite hearts.

hehe I will always love Peachy Keen Stamps!!

Thanks again for stopping by!

Krafty Girls

Hello, hello :)
I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July weekend!
Welcome to another Krafty Girls Challenge. This week's challenge is to create any paper craft and use a die cut. Easy peasy! :)

I'm so behind on my Project Life album that I thought this would be a perfect way to work toward catching up! I created a "weekly card". I used a few die cuts here. I used the flag banner die cuts from My Creative Time. Also from My Creative Time, is the curly label die.

The wood veneer is from Michaels and the thickers are from Marshalls ($1.49 or $1.99 - can't remember).

Please link up your crafty, die cut creations HERE :)

If you've come from Eileen's blog, The Scrapping Actuary, you're in the right place! If you just came across the hop, please start at the beginning over at Made Especially For You.

When Ashley asked me to be part of her 2 Year Blogoversary Hop I was honored. I've known Ashley for about a year. She allowed me to be part of the Made Especially For You Design Team. She truly is a genuinely nice and caring person... don't forget insanely talented :)

Instead of having a theme for the hop, Ashley put together a bingo board full of some of her favorite crafty things and we were to choose at least 3 of them and create a project.

I chose crinkle ribbon, twine, and pearls and made a card. :)
Who says we can't use doilies and pearls for manly cards? Nooot me.

I created the sentiment from My Creative Time's You're My Best Buddy stamp set. The sentiment mat is from My Creative Time's Just Simply Live. For the pearls, I used Liquid Pearls in Bisque and Platinum Pearl

The twine is Chocolate Truffle from Trendy Twine. The crinkle ribbon is Antique White from the Pink & White Bundle from 3 Girl Jam.
I used Amy Tangerine thickers to spell out "dad".
The chocolate pattern paper is from Echo Park Paper.

To coordinate with our bingo board, we have sponsors providing prizes to match each item listed on the board!

3 Copic Markers of Winner's Choice!

Doodlebug Designs Polka Dot Paper Pack!
(Assorted colors - 4 6x6 sheets of each color)

Birthday Money Holder and Banner

Hello, hello ♥

Today I'm sharing a money holder I made with the Silhouette Cameo and a banner I made with the Cricut. I think the hardest part was deciding what paper to use LOL

I didn't want to have too much going on so I kept it clean and simple. The sentiment is actually made up from two stamps. "feliz cumpleanos" is from My Creative Time's Wow So Many Candles stamp set and "Mama" is from Pink By Design's Mi Familia stamp set.
The sentiment mat and it's layer are from My Creative Time's Stitched Curly Label Die and the Curly Label Die.

The inside sentiment is from Pink By Design's Mi Familia stamp set. The sentiment mat and its layer is from My Creative Time's Vintage Stitched Label Dies
The pattern paper is from Echo Park.
Just in case you're interested in this money holder cut, you can find it here

I still ♥ my Cricut & Gypsy. The reason I mention Gypsy is because I can set everything up in layers and different mats and be ready to whip up a banner in no time! The font and banner shape are from the Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge. The tulle is from Michael's.

Project Life cards

Hello, hello!
This week we have a fun and super easy challenge at the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge BlogAll you have to do is create a project with a heart. Easy peasy!

Like I had mentioned, I'm really loving Project Life. These cards are from a swap that I'm doing with one of my instagram buddies.  All of these tags were done super quick because I used Echo Park paper (Hello Summer Kit) and just embellished them.

The sentiments on these three cards above are from Joy's Life Stamps. They are perfect for Project Life!
On this card I used the heart from the Doodlecharms cartridge. :-)
The sentiments on the three tags above are My Creative Time.

Happy Birthday Gift Card Holder

Hello everyone! TGIF right!?!
My husband went to Florida this week for work and is arriving today! Woo hoo!!
Anyway, today also happens to be my dad's birthday and since I've been manning everything at home this week I didn't have time to do some birthday shopping for him so I took a short drive to Michael's ... yes Michaels lol and bought a gift card. I took care of the rest with My Creative Time's Embossed Gift Card Holder die
The sentiment Happy Birthday is from MCT's Gift Card Sentiments stamp set.
I didn't do anything to the inside because I thought the paper was nice and I didn't want to overdo it with embellishments. The paper I used is from Echo Park's 12x12 Hello Summer Kit
The twine is Blue Berry from Trendy Twine.
The circle sentiment and cupcake are from My Creative Time's All Around Birthday Time stamp set. I used the stiched circle and scallop die also from My Creative Time.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Have a fun, crafty day!

Peachy Keen - Guest Designer - Happy Valentine's Day

Hello Peachy Friends!

I'm back with another post for the Peachy Keen blog and all I can say is where has the time gone?! This month is almost over! =(
Anyway, I have bear fever! LOL I made two similar cards simply because I could not decide which products to use, I love all the peachy faces!

The bears are from the Teddy Bear Parade cartridge and are cut at 3 inches.
The sweet sentiment is from Peachy Keen's Cupid's Sting stamp set.
I really, really wanted to use both of these Peachy faces for the bears so I went ahead and made two cards, problem solved! The face on this bear is from Critter Faces Set A Large
I popped this little cutie on some foam tape for added dimension.
The face on this bear is my absolute favorite bear face! It's from an oldie, but goodie assortment, Rag Doll and Teddy Bear Face Assortment. Unfortunately this set is retired so if you have it, pull it out and use it!
The black crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl Jam - Tuxedo
The doilies are from Target.
I also added this cutie on some foam tape for added dimension.
I'm not sure if were able to notice, but the background is stamped as well. I heat embossed the X's and O's background stamp and stamped with UTEE. This picture shows the background stamped a bit better.

Have a fun, crafty day!

Peachy Keen - Guest Designer - Quacky Birthday

Hello Peachy friends!

I'm back with another post for the Peachy Keen blog

I made a quick little box that can fit anything from candy, a cupcake, or even small craft goodies.
This little duck is my all time favorite Peachy Keen character.  He's from the Duck and Egg Die! I didn't dress him up, but you could if you wanted to, click HERE to see the accessories! The Duck and Egg Die set comes with FOUR Peachy Keen faces and they all interchange beautifully.
The sentiment is from the Duck Dolls stamp set. The Duck Dolls and Duck and Egg Die go hand in hand!

Have a fun, crafty day!

Don't open til the 25th trifold card :-)

Hi everyone!
Over at Made Especially for You we have a super easy challenge. All you have to do is create a Christmas card using a die cut. I actually created this card almost entirely out of die cuts. :-)
The scallop and stitched circle are dies from My Creative Time. The sentiment "Oh Christmas Tree" and the tree itself are from My Creative Time's All Around Christmas stamp set.
The twine is from Trendy Twine
The card base itself is also a die cut. I used My Creative Time's 3x3 Trifold card die. The sentiment on the front of the card, "Don't Open til the 25th!" comes with the card die.
The heart is a die that comes with MCT's 100% Sweetness stamp set.
The sentiment "All hearts go home for Christmas" is from MCT's Mixed Holiday Sentiments
I cut part of the trifold card to cover the inner flap because the twine was a little bit distracting on this side.

Don't forget to join the challenge HERE for a chance to win one stamp set from Whimsical Designs - winner's choice!
