Dr. Who inspired card ♥

I am soo in love with this Dr. Who inspired card that I made for a friend of mine.

The cute girl is from the Once Upon a Princess cartridge.
The handsome fellow is from the Simply Charmed cartridge
The girls face is from Peachy Keen's Princess Face Assortment
The guy's face is from Peachy Keen's Boy Mates Assortment
His mustache is from Peachy Keen's RETIRED Accessories One Assortment

I used the Silhouette Cameo to create the Tardis. When I made this card, the tardis was not available in the Silhouette Online Store, but I think I saw it recently so if you're interested in using it - it will save you a lot of time!

I had to stamp each letter at a time, but it was worth it ♥
I used My Creative Time's Just Simply Live stamp set

The hearts are from the Baby Steps cartridge. It sounds silly, but those are my favorite hearts.

hehe I will always love Peachy Keen Stamps!!

Thanks again for stopping by!

Cricut Diaper Cake and Filofax adventures

A few weeks ago my best friend, Cynthia, had her baby shower and I made a diaper cake for her. It was my first ever!

The babies are from the New Arrival cartridge
The faces on these cuties are from Peachy Keen Stamps, Just Baby Faces stamp set
The font is from the Pooh Font cartridge, but I can't remember which cartridge the scallop circles are from.

A new obsession of mine - thanks to instagram - are Filofax planners.
I  ♥ them!!!!
I have The Original Personal Organizer in personal size in pink and the Breast Cancer Campaign Organiser in personal size in pink as well (but it really doesn't look that pink).

It really helps me balance everything.

One of my biggest inspirations when it comes to planners, especially the Filofax is Cathy_Vee.
She is truly wonderful. You can visit her blog HERE. :) She also scrapbooks, does project life, etc.

Rock on!!

Hello everyone and welcome to another Krafty Girls challenge

This week's challenge is to create any paper craft that has a musical theme. I created a card that I plan on giving away to a friend for her birthday next month. You can never start too early, right? :)

This awesome rocker chick is from the Rock Princess cricut cartridge. I had forgotten how much I love, love, love my cricut.
Her rockin' face is from Peachy Keen's Laughy Taffy stamp set.

I'm not sure if you can tell, but I added glossy accents to her "bracelet" :)
The crinkle ribbon is Goblin Green from 3 Girl Jam's Spooky Bundle.
The twine is Honeydew from The Twinery.
The green faux stitching is from a Sakura Souffle Gelly Roll pen. These pens are amazing on black paper!

The sentiment is from Pink By Design's Rock On stamp set.
I blinged out her boots with Icicle or Crystal stickles. I mixed the bottles and couldn't remember which one I used. :(

Meow are you? ^_^

Hi everyone ♥

Today I'm sharing a slider card over at Joy's Life Design Team blog. I had always wanted to make one, but was a little confused on what to cut, sizes, etc... but the Silhouette Cameo made it soo easy!! I think I've said this before, but the hardest part was choosing the pattern paper LOL

The sentiment is from Joy's brand new stamp set, Punny Animals. This entire stamp set is adorable. Take a look at the entire stamp set here

The following pictures will show the girl's progress on the "slider" cut. The card base and the slider piece are from the Silhouette Store.

Here, she made it to the right side :-)   All of the pattern paper is from Echo Park Paper except the girl's dress and sentiment mat. I used My Mind's Eye pattern paper for her dress and the sentiment mat.

I used foam tape to add all the dimension.

This week the design team has been working on animal themed projects. Stop by the blog to for some inspiration and to say hi! :)

Have a fun, crafty day!

Sister :)

Hello everyone!
For the past two weeks, the hubby and I have been on a "staycation" and I'm sad to see it end :( His brother flew in from Virginia and we took some time off.
For today's challenge over at Fantabulous Cricut Challenge blog, you have to use the color yellow and use triangle.

I welded the word "sister" on my gypsy using the Simply Sweet cartridge. The triangles are from George and Basic Shapes cartridge.
The cute little girl is from the Peachy Keen Stamps's Darren and Laura Lee stamp set. I paper pieced her dress. I stickled her headband with the Yellow stickles.

Some Bunny loves you + Hello Sunshine ♥

Hello, hello ♥
I'm very happy to be sharing two projects over at Joy's Life Design Team blog today. I have been feeling very crafty lately :) I made a cute little treat box for Easter goodies.
This sweet sentiment is from the Wild Life Puns stamp set. I'm telling ya, all of Joy's stamp sets are so versatile, you can use them anytime!
This box is from the Artiste cartridge
I couldn't find the bunny layer... to be honest, I don't even know if it exists lol so I improvised. Using my Gypsy, I copied the box twice and moved the box all the way off the mat, only leaving the bunnies. Once cut, I just trimmed the bottom and layered them onto the box.
All of the pattern paper is from Echo Park's Everyday Eclectic Kit. For the bunny's eye, I used black Enamel Accents. I faintly added blush on the bunny using blending chalk. For the glitter dots, I used Stickles in Lime Green.
I think I mentioned this before, but on Instagram we have been having quite a few Project Life card swaps recently. With Spring already here, I couldn't think of a better sentiment for these cards! Aren't they cuuuuute?!?  You can find me here on Instagram :)
The sentiment I used on the Project Life cards is from the Pun In the Sun stamp set.

In case you missed it, Joy's new release is available for pre-order! *Enabler alert: Pre-order My Hero, Punny Animals, and That Tastes Punny and SAVE on the price + free shipping + 5 action wobbles!

Peachy Keen Guest Designer - I only want the candy

Hello everyone!
Today is a bittersweet day for me because it's my very last day as a Peachy Keen Guest Designer. I've really enjoyed my time as a guest designer and the Peachy Team has been wonderful and not to mention very welcoming.

For my last project I decided to alter a candy holder. I was waiting in line to pay at Michael's and then I spotted this candy tube. I knew right away it needed some peachy goodness!
I think I would have had to add over hundred hearts to include all the faces I wanted to include lol
The hearts and the scalloped heart shadows are from the Doodlecharms cartridge.
The banner that the sentiment is on is from the Stand and Salute cartridge.
The sentiment is from the Frankly... stamp set. Who would have thought right? :-)

This fun face is from the Happy Lashes assortment
This cute face is from the Funshine Face assortment
This bubbly face is from the Happy New Year face assortment
I paper pieced my heart out with Vivienne from the Vivienne and Friends stamp set

Peachy Keen - Guest Designer - Happy Valentine's Day

Hello Peachy Friends!

I'm back with another post for the Peachy Keen blog and all I can say is where has the time gone?! This month is almost over! =(
Anyway, I have bear fever! LOL I made two similar cards simply because I could not decide which products to use, I love all the peachy faces!

The bears are from the Teddy Bear Parade cartridge and are cut at 3 inches.
The sweet sentiment is from Peachy Keen's Cupid's Sting stamp set.
I really, really wanted to use both of these Peachy faces for the bears so I went ahead and made two cards, problem solved! The face on this bear is from Critter Faces Set A Large
I popped this little cutie on some foam tape for added dimension.
The face on this bear is my absolute favorite bear face! It's from an oldie, but goodie assortment, Rag Doll and Teddy Bear Face Assortment. Unfortunately this set is retired so if you have it, pull it out and use it!
The black crinkle ribbon is from 3 Girl Jam - Tuxedo
The doilies are from Target.
I also added this cutie on some foam tape for added dimension.
I'm not sure if were able to notice, but the background is stamped as well. I heat embossed the X's and O's background stamp and stamped with UTEE. This picture shows the background stamped a bit better.

Have a fun, crafty day!
