Here's my card:
I even added a little belt made out of twine. Her shoes are made out of stickles.
The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps The Charmed Life.
I pop-dotted her for some dimension.
The scalloped border is actually a border from the Art Philosophy cartridge. I duplicated it and welded it with a rectangle in the center.
I almost forgot, her face is from the Laughy Taffy face assortment from Peachy Keen... I bought it a LONG time ago because I loved it, but had yet to used it lol

Your card is so fun! You have just sold me on this set of PKS faces!!! I have been trying to resist, but I can't any longer. They look perfect with these Rock Princess cuts. She looks like she is going to have some serious fun:)
Such a great idea of adding twine as a belt. It adds some nice detail to the card. A nice little surprise. I love this girl. I've seen a few people use her and that Peachy Keen face really finishes her off.
